Raymond Tong, age 54, birthday at 16 September. Unmarried. Entered St Paul's at primary one through to form five. First academic after graduated from St. Paul's was the Higher Diploma of Hong Kong Polytechnic in quantity surveying . Then, completion of BSc (Hons.) in University in UK . Also, achieved MBA  and the Diploma of Higher Education in Law of UK Universities by distant learning.  Qualified as Chartered Quantity Surveyor in UK. Holding fellow membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Have worked in UK, Australia and Hong Kong. Enjoy tai chi, golf and violin playing.
